Julian has worked in international education in Beijing since 2005 including positions with the British Council and Harrow Beijing. As senior partner with Venture Education he develops enterprise and entrepreneurship education projects in partnership with schools, universities and local & national governments.
Zhubei is Co-Founder of Venture Education, which empowers UK education in China through research, events, consultancy and social impact.
Jane Tian has been working with King's as an International Officer for over three years. She is mainly responsible for student recruitment and marketing activities for King's in China.Before joining King’s as a staff member, She got her Masters degree from King’s faculty of natural and mathematical science.
Jian Li is the Project Manager for East Asia at the External Relations service of the University of Glasgow. Jian has responsibility in the University’s marketing, partnership development and student recruitment activities in East Asia region, and in maintaining operation of the University’s China office. Before that she worked in a few education services including the China Committee for Young Generation Care (关工委). Jian holds a master’s degree in Management from the Adam Smith Business School of University of Glasgow.
Lily Guo is the International Officer for Queen’s University Belfast, mainly responsibility for student recruitment and University’s marketing in China. After graduated from a Russel Group University in the UK, Lily has worked in education sector for 6 years.
Leo Li is Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Chief Representative for Greater China, as well as the China lead for the Cardiff Business Council and Cardiff and Vale College, a strategic partner of Cardiff Metropolitan University. He is responsible for the development of cooperation and exchange in China for these three organisations, as well as for cooperation and exchange, certification, and quality assurance for the Erasmus scholarship in China. Through these roles and his day-to-day work, he promotes international exchange between Chinese and British students and faculty in order to enhance cooperation among partners.
HU Han holds a master’s degree in marketing from University of Leeds and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Nankai University. She has been a member of the International English teaching and assessment expert—British Council since 2016. Han has developed an in-depth understanding of China’s international education and English assessment, as well as consumer insights. As the exams marketing manager, Han has made contributions on marketing, business development and government cooperation for the British Council China including IELTS and Aptis.
Damien Tomkins is currenting in his first year of counseling students at Harrow Beijing International School; previously he worked at the British School Jakarta in Jakarta and here in Beijing at Beijing National Day School. Mr.Tomkins has worked with students who have gone to study at Imperial College London, King’s College London, University College London, London School of Economics, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge and many other outstanding institutions of higher education across the United Kingdom.
